4oz of Aloe Vera Juice
2 Tsp of Hemp Seed (organic whole seed I grind in my coffee grinder)
1 Tsp of Yeast Flakes (this is what makes the nutty taste
Handful Walnut Pieces (put 1st into my food processor)
5-6 bits of frozen Mangos
5-6 bits of frozen Strawberries
2 spotted Bananas
1 Persian Cucumber (sliced up a  little)
1 cup of fresh Kale
1 cup of fresh Spinach

Water to fill ¼ of the blender

Juicing Carrots, Beets and Spinach for a Vibrant life.

I've just made a drink out of my juicer that had a total of four elements. About 6-8 oz of carrot, 2-3oz of beets and 2-3 oz of spinach.

Beets build up the red corpuscles of the blood and tone up the blood generally.  Beets will have a cleansing effect on the liver, and should be used in small amount until you get use to it.

Carrot juice is the richest source of vitamin A which can quickly assimilate and contains an ample supply of vitamins B, C, D, E, G and K It promotes the appetite and is an aid to digestion. Just to name a few

Spinach helps the entire digestive tract, both the alimentary section of the body (the stomach, duodenum and small intestines) and for the large intestine or colon, and it has been so recognized form time immemorial.

Last but not least I took a lime and squeezed a little of it into the glass.

Much of my information was found a book called Fresh Vegetable and fruit Juices what's missing in your body? by N.W. Walker D. Sc.

That's it from Camberland

Cold Rice with Delicious Lemon, Basil and Sugar Plum Tomato’s.

Cold Rice with Delicious Lemon, Basil and Sugar Plum Tomato’s.

I love making people smile and get inspirited. This happens with good food and good friends. All the foods in this recipe can be found at your local Trader Joes.

1-cup brown rice (I used the rice in the frozen section that can be micro waved in 3 minutes.

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons (or more) fresh lemon juice

3 pinches of sea salt

2 pinches of freshly ground black pepper

¾ cup of Sugar Plum Tomato cut in half

¼ cup or more of fresh cut (I use scissors) basil

Take bag of rice out of box of 3. Use a fork and stab the bag created air holes. Place in microwave for 3minuts. Now add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well; add the tomatoes and sprinkle toss in the basil. Toss and serve. Yummy, easy and alive.
