Amazon just delivered my 1st Vegan cook book by Lauren Ulm. While I do have vegetarian cook books, I didn't have a vegan cook book, till now. I more apt to pick up books that are equal in images and text. I'm image driven in my creative power, so this book looks awesome. Check it out and let me know what pages your going to dive into.
