Quick BBQ Salmon and Rice





At Trader Joesin the frozen section you'll find these 5 patties of wild Salmon. Allow them defrost for about 30 minutes. Take them apart and take the unused and put them in separated freezer bags for future dinning. This way you don't have to worry your pretty little head about ripping them apart again. Why, because they some times break down when forcing them apart.


Next take the all natural BBQ sauce and spread this lushes sauce all over your Salmon patties lavishly.Put them into oven for 11-12 minutes.

Grab your box of Risotto Mushroom and Herb and follow the dang simple directions. Takes about 15 minutes. Do this at the same time you're cooking the BBQ Salmon patties and they'll come up done at nearly the same time. WOW, one fine dinner ready to go and impress your family and quests.
